If my mass is 60 kgs then the energy consumed in creating this mass is tremendous.

E = 60 X 3,00,000 X 3,00,000 = 54,00,000,000,000

WHERE DID this energy COME FROM?

What is the technology that converts energy to mass.

Can’t be from the food I ate so far.

We are usually busy converting mass to energy but and the sources are exhausting.

Is there some other inexhaustible source which I do not know ?
